  • At STRYQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

     

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

    • We will provide you with a return address and instructions.

    • Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.

     

    Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your returned item.

    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

     

    Exchanges

    Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will cover the cost of return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.
